Which businesses is CorgiDesk for?
Pet grooming studios, doggy daycares and boarding kennels — or any mix of the three under one roof. You choose your services when you sign up and CorgiDesk switches on only what you need.
Do pet parents need to create an account to book?
No. Your own page (yourname.corgidesk.com) takes a name, phone number and pet details — no password, no app.
How do vaccination checks work?
You record each pet’s vaccines and expiry dates (rabies, DHPPiL, kennel cough and more). Boarding and daycare stays are blocked when a required vaccine has lapsed, unless you consciously override with a reason. Grooming bookings show a warning.
Can I stop double-booking kennels?
Yes. Kennels cannot be booked twice for overlapping dates — the database itself refuses it — and daycare has a daily spots limit you set.
Does it send WhatsApp reminders?
Yes, from CorgiDesk’s verified WhatsApp number, only to pet parents who gave consent when booking. Confirmations, reminders, "ready for pickup", review requests and vaccine-expiry notices.
Can I take UPI payments?
Billing supports UPI, cash and card, with receipts and INR pricing throughout. Prices are in ₹ and times in IST.
Do you take commission on bookings?
No. Pet parents book directly with you — no marketplace, no middleman.
What does it cost?
Pick only the modules you need: Grooming ₹499/mo, Boarding & Daycare ₹799/mo, Inventory ₹399/mo, with bundle pricing when you combine them (all three: ₹1,299/mo). Yearly plans give two months free.
